Our goal is to give you the best customer service and the best products to make you look younger and better, whether it be solutions for hair loss, anti-aging or simply the best in shave and hair care products. We always want to be sure you are completely satisfied with our products and services. We won't let you down, we guarantee it.

Returns

We stand behind all our products. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Just return the unused portion of the product within thirty days and we will gladly credit your credit card for the full product price, no questions asked. (the address is on the contact page).

Billing

All billing will come under the name of AMSG Enterprises.

Security

All orders are on a fully secured server and all information is encrypted.

Privacy

All information that we get from you is strictly private, you are too valuable of a customer to give or sell your information to someone else. The information that we have is to only make your purchases easier and quicker.

Shipping

All shipping and handling charges will be displayed before you are required to enter your credit card.

All orders received by 2:00pm PST will be shipped same day (Monday through Friday). All orders will be considered standard shipping (unless expedited or international service is chosen, see restrictions below for expedited) by either USPS regular mail, Priority Mail or United Parcel Service Ground Service, our discretion, unless expedited delivery or international shipping is chosen. Fullmore and/or Toppik Fiberhold Spray can only be shipped via UPS Ground Service and cannot be shipped outside the continental United States and Canada.

Expedited Delivery

If you wish, we have 2nd Day and Next Day Service available in the continental U.S. as well as Express Mail. Expedited delivery time is calculated for business days only (Monday-Friday) and delivery as well as pick up is only on business days. For Saturday delivery please contact us.

Fullmore and Toppik Fiberhold Spray can only be shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States and Canada. If ordered with other products there will be an additional charge for separate ground shipping.

International Shipping

You must select international shipping and handling in the SHIP VIA box for all orders that are not shipped within the United States. If international shipping and handling is not selected we will charge your account the appropriate additional amount. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or any other fees imposed by the country the product is received in is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority. If expedited delivery (FedEx, DHL or Express Mail) is desired you must contact us directly at ssguttman@cs.com, agree to the additional charges that will charged to your credit card, and have them approved by both you and the credit card company before we will proceed.
